|Recommended: YesLovely — A very nice apartment complex I've lived in houses for a long time before coming here but I have to say, I love it. I was worried about feeling cramped, but there's tons of space both in my unit and around the complex. I can't hear my roommates or neighbors unless they're bumping something pretty loud - but it doesn't bother me in the slightest and everyone's been very respectful. Just wish I'd get an invite
I appreciate that its quiet in general both indoors and outside the unit. The decorations and amenities are thoughtful and well done - I'm planning to stay here for a long time. Its nice to walk around at night and its SO conveniently located.
My only critique would be to include a small gym somewhere, or a hot tub - maybe by the bbq, haha.
|Recommended: YesFriendly Tenants, Awesome Management - Highly Recommend — Management staff is awesome and easy to communicate with. The maintenance staff is also friendly and easy to deal with. Overall pretty happy here, would recommend.

Street parking sucks.
|Recommended: YesLots Of Perks — - No elevator from ground floor is really difficult for people with disabilities, families, and folks making deliveries.
- Install a ramp in front for people who need it. There's room
- Building has no security because it can be freely accessed from the sides and back. Gates are wanted by tenants because there are car break ins often.
- The elevator smells of mildew. Take out the wood floor.
- Make a white space out front for loading delivery people. This will reduce double parking.
- The front gate door swells when there is rain becomes impossible to open close. It needs to be mended.
- Would like option to garden on the roof.
- Courtyard has beautiful landscaping.
- Grounds are well maintained.
- Ample garbage recycling.
- Maintenance is fast responsive.
- Nice fixtures, blinds, cabinetry, and hardware. Paint is decent quality.
- In-unit laundry is wonderful.
- Laundry room with larger units on site is great.
- Manager is on top of letting in delivery people.

|Recommended: YesHere Is Home — I like that there is a central courtyard and how small it is. I've met a handful of neighbors, and everyone I've met so far is super friendly. A lot of dog owners around, so I get to see cute fluffy friends all the time. Maintenance is very quick and fixes our apartment needs very quickly.
|Recommended: YesNeeds More Responsive Property Management — As long as you live on the top floor the noise should be minimal. The laundry breaks all the time, and the management is not very responsive. The maintenance guys are awesome.
